David Rowe

Personal Statement

David Rowe is a Reader in Exercise Science in the School of Psychological Sciences and Health, a core member of the Physical Activity for Health research group, and an adjunct Professor of Measurement in the Department of Kinesiology at East Carolina University, Greenville NC (USA). His first degree was a BEd (Hons) in physical education from the University of Worcester, followed by 10 years teaching primary and secondary physical education and English. David then completed a master of science in health science at Springfield College, Massachusetts and a PhD in exercise science at the University of Georgia. He has taught previously at Middle Tennessee State University, East Carolina University and the University of South Wales.
