Dr Stratos Patrikios

Stratos studied history and politics at the Universities of Ioannina, Essex and Strathclyde (PhD, 2008). His primary field is religion and politics. His interests also include the origins and consequences of group identities, and Greek politics. His research has been funded by various organisations such as the Applied Quantitative Methods Network, the British Academy, the Carnegie Trust and the Economic and Social Research Council. He has published in journals such as the Journal of Peace Research, Parliamentary AffairsPolitical BehaviorSocio-Economic Review and South European Society & Politics. Stratos received the 4th Giandomenico Majone Prize by the ECPR Standing Group on Regulatory Governance for his work on religious regulation with Fabrizio De Francesco.
