The data contained in this folder was collected in October 2019.

There were two experimental techniques used, sandSTORM (a type of storm microscopy using the blinking of nanodiamonds) and iSIM (a type of structured illumination microscopy).

There two types of sandSTORM files, .h5 files, which are the raw unprocessed data and .h5r files, which have been processed into a more presentable format. 
The two series from 21_10 are shown in the first two figures of the report.
Series 23_10_D is of particular interest and is shown in figure 3 of the report.
