Because each NAMD trajectory run has to start from random velocity
two independent runs may differ from each other.

All the files required to run the adsorption trajectory are provided, 
nevertheless for the above reason, the adsorprion might be not observed
in the new independent trajectory within the same timescale as in the 
trajectory analyzed within the paper.

Therefore a short trajectory file (250 frames) representing a 500ns trajectory 
which we have analyzed, is provided.
