In this folder are all the relevant files for the Clyde Sea project. 

fvcom_clyde2		is the technical report made by me and Ian on how to use the FVCOM model.

focex_grd2.2dm		SMS Grid file (added to dataset 14/08/18)


input_generation	In these folders there are some examples on how to generate the inputs for the FVCOM Clyde Sea model: in the MODEL_SURGE
			are the files for the surge model only (no T/S), while in the COMPLETE_HYDRO there are the files for the generation of a
			complete hydrodynamic simulation.

complete_simulations	In these folders are some of the runs of FVCOM. These runs are divided by folders following which kind of run is considered.
			some other runs are in the Ian's pc.

input			In these folders there is the input for surge model and for the complete hydrodynamic model. These are the files that
			are also in the NAIS cluster.
